This piece was inspired by the rustic chattel houses in Barbados. I was there for 5 months during the Covid-19 lockdown and it truly was an interesting time, a time of great reflection. The windows in the middle showcase no matter what chaos is going on around you, there is always an opening if you look hard enough or change your perspective. What you’re searching for, may be just beyond the window.
